This policy governs the handling of personal information collected by Agingo Corporation in connection with pre-sale or reservation token issuances and related platform interfaces.
Agingo Corporation will not disclose individually identifiable information ("personal information") to any person other than its customer, except under the circumstances described below.
Agingo may disclose personal information only in the following limited circumstances:
In response to being served with a valid warrant issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
To protect a person who would be at substantial physical risk if the personal information were not disclosed.
To protect the operation of the blockchain.
To protect Agingo's rights or the rights of persons who hold tokens from the same or any related issuance.
This disclaimer is included in each token and in any Agingo-provided interface related to the issuance.
